KOOLINA MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHER – Stefanie and her family live in here in Ewa Beach, Oahu. They are a lovely couple who already have a son and are expecting their next baby. When she contacted us to cover her family and maternity shoot, we were very excited. Pregnancy is a sacred and happy occurrence and we’re always happy to be a part of the story.

The Family and Maternity Photo Session

For her maternity shoot, Stefanie had on a lovely lace gown. Her husband and son had on pink shirts and khaki shorts. Paradise Cove Beach is secluded and very beautiful so this family had no problem being their true selves for this shoot. The atmosphere was very beautiful with the water, trees, sand and rocks coming together to create a lovely backdrop.

Paradise Cove Beach is located close to Paradise Cove Luau and we scheduled the shoot for the sunset. We actually started an hour before sunset and it was beautiful. As the day progressed, we captured pictures of the couple with their son. We also captured the couple together and their son with both parents.

Next, it was time to take pictures of Stefanie with her beautiful bump. This lovely mama had a flower crown and looked very beautiful in white. We captured her on the sand and also got a shot of the couple in the waves. It is very obvious that there is love in this family and they are both amazing people.

The Importance of Family and Maternity Sessions

Having a maternity photoshoot in Hawaii is a great way to celebrate your coming child. There are so many changes that occur when a woman is carrying a baby. You deserve to have the wonderful experience chronicled. You can use the images from your shoot to announce your pregnancy when you’re ready.

Putting these images up on your social media will certainly attract good wishes and congratulations from your loved ones. It’s also a great excuse to dress up and look beautiful while pregnant. A lot of the times you won’t feel like it but you are still gorgeous and these images will show it.

A family shoot is also quite important. The pictures you get are a great way to document the changes in your family. Soon everyone will be older and you’ll be left wondering where the years went. Taking occasional family shoots will give you things from back then to hold onto.
